TDEE/exercise logging.

If you customized your caloric amount based on 20% of your TDEE do you still log exercise/calories burned?

You don't eat them back. So if you like to log them, you just put 1 calorie. I think you can eat some of them back if you exercise well beyond the setting you used for TDEE. This is why it is important to use the correct activity level when determining TDEE....so you don't have to worry about logging exercise. You just have to make sure overall you are maintaining the correct correct activity level. At least this is the way I understand it..0
