The longer you do it the more intune you get to calories,and you will get better at it ......if you want it!

Tahini is great,you don't have to use much and has a nice flavor,I am doing a gluten free thing so eat it on rice tortillas YUMMY!

Sauté it with cabbage ( no oil) and then add red pepper flakes and drizzle with sesame oil.Taste very Thai.....I only use Spinich for my salads as greens sometimes add cabbage. They both last along time and I live very far from stores! My smoothie is blueberries water, pea protein powder and lots of Spinich.

next time I make it to town I will see if health food store carries almond milk yougurt ( doubtful so small don. ' t even have my rice tortillas regularly) but sounds like a great idea!

No as I said in original post,it's mostly fruit that seems to add the carbs and baked sweet potatoes. I do not eat any bread...I eat gluten,soy,dairy,egg and peanut free. As I said before also avocados are ONLY available when in season and are very$$$ in our area. ...very rural. My concern with carbs is just can't figure…

I am doing TDEE ? 30 30 40..and my Question is what to eat that does not have carbs besides protein and veggies? I am a bit low in fats with my breakdown but not that low and I am not going to eat my food fried to get it.

Only run on dirt,have never run on TM but love the freedom of the trail and dirt road.I don't think I could run as fast think I would fall off if I was not holding on! And I only run at around 10 min miles.

I eat almonds everyday and do use coconut oil and olive oil to roast veggies..avocados are not easy to find in my area,my fats are in range....just wondering what other people eat

I am 60 weigh 136 lose 8's ,some 6's.Have just lost 20 lbs kinda working on the bodyfat and have 5 lbs to go to goal. When I was there before I was a solid 5/6 some 4's.

If you are using a sports bra for running believe me they are worth EVERY penny.it can really make a difference in your running....I can run a 1/2 Mary with and can not run a block with out...36dd shrinking now to a D but still need the same support!

Well TDEE won me over I know I have not been eating enough so here it goes...although...my 20% only added 160 calories above MFP 1,200...I have been eating under 1,000 mostly for almost 2 months and exercising and yes losing but very slowly after 1st couple weeks...I only have a few left SOOO I am IN!!!
