I think this is an excellent motivator! I hauled out all my summer clothes that were too tight last year and a lot of them are too big this year so you might be surprised how quickly that little dress might fit! Good luck!

If I post my food for the day first thing in the morning it really helps to keep me on track. When I don't I tend to slide a bit and not track everything I am supposed to!

I am 258 and we do insanity based workouts at my excercise class. Definately a work out. I just do it the best I can. Some of the things are too hard for me, especially the pushups but I can do a whole lot more of them than when I started. I can see a difference and I only do it a couple of times a week for the last month…

I am in - My SW is 258! This is great because when I started MFP in January I wanted to lose 40lbs by my 40th birthday at the end of May and I actually reached that goal last week! Now I need a new goal and this one is perfect. I can't wait to get started!

Yep, this is me this week too. March break last week and I ate too much and excercised too little. But today is a new day and a new week and I am back to recommit to logging and keeping better track of everything that goes in my mouth - accountability! That is the key! Good Luck!
