I'm kind of obsessed with it. I live in the Seattle area, so the supply of fresh fish is wonderful.

I have a few more weeks left of bulk and part of me isn't looking forward to beast. I love knowing that this is when my fat will start to come off quickly, but I hate that I will be cutting calories and carbs. Hopefully it isn't too bad.

I get off work at 3am, sometimes 5am.... I work out when I wake up, around 1pm. I can't do it after work because then I can't fall asleep.

So far I've only run 5K, I'm very new to running and to physical activity in general. I would love to do a marathon or even a half marathon someday.

funny. I only have a few of inches of fat to lose on my midsection, I'm fairly happy with my body elsewhere... I do abwork when I exercise along with cardio, but my belly has always been a trouble zone... maybe its the 4 babies I've had.. I can feel my abs under there... I just can't seem to get rid of the excess flubber…

Thanks! This was a flat course... next two are sure to have lots of hills since they are in Seattle... I'm expecting a longer time, just hoping for no cramps!

What incline on a treadmill do you think is good for simulating hills? I am training for the seattle marathon and im expecting lots of hills... I can only run on pavement once a week due to my schedule.
