Usually 40g of some nutty, fruity muesli mixed up with natural or flavoured yoghurt. Sometimes, though, I feel more like porridge or egg, ham and cheese on a slice of toast. These three are my standard breakfasts, I switch them every 3 days or so.

i did a workout for 45 minutes and then a lot of walking and carrying heavy stuff from one place to the other, pushing a fully loaded burrow, gardening and so on. did this for about 5 hours, so according to fitnesspal i burned around 600 calories.
