I'd love to know but I'm useless. I was a vegan before becoming pregnant, throughout my time as a vegan I was *extra* conscious to consume plenty of iron... My 8 week pregnancy bloods showed sever iron deficient anaemia and I'm not on medication, d'oh! Let me know when you do

Best of luck! My baby is nearly 4 but it took about 3 months to lose the weight, but another 9months to get as toned as I was before! You can do it! X

You'd be better off buying diet protein powder or even just normal whey rather than slim fast, it would be sooo much cheaper with a hell of a lot less sugar!

Same! I'm always over sugar by the time I've finished lunch! It's very frustrating, especially when the most sugary thing you eaten is an apple! I suppose it works well to make you aware just how much sugar you're having though! X

Thanks for all the replies! Yea I don't agree with the no carbs after lunch.. Especially if I'm training in the evening! I can most certainly do planks and push ups, ill have to incorporate those into my workout! Thanks for the help :D

Yes it definitely does. My surgeon recommends I do thins like swimming and stationary cycling. However as you can imagine, I have a bit of a dent where the muscle was removed, my squats are horrific as I can only bend my knee 100 degrees, and because of the way my tendons were reattached, I can't bend/ straighten my knee…

Oh- should add- I had to have a distal femoral replacement (femur bone and knee joint) replacement in my teens, along with 82% of the muscle removed so kind of limited with regards to lifting heavy, high impact exercise ect!

What are macros? For now, have a slice. For the future, learn to make your own pizza with wholemeal dough, and plenty of chicken and veggies. You control what goes on it and it'll be a lot healthier and less greasy than what your husband is eating! X
