My total calories average out to around 1600/day. My net calories average out to around 1000/day. I track fats used for cooking like butter and olive oil and those are measured portions. I also track measured portions of condiments. I eat salads almost every day, usually lettuce, tomato and cucumber with vinaigrette or…

I don't open my food diary for personal reasons but there's definitely some work I could do on the types of food I eat. I know I tend to eat more processed foods than I should.

I've gone from a size 16/18 to a 12/14 and just about every piece of clothing I own fits differently. I hear people tell me I look different in a good way. I wish I had taken before pictures. I told my coworkers who asked how much I've lost that I'm in a stall and they don't believe me, they said I keep looking smaller…

I've actually been doing this, eating less Monday-Friday and then increasing calorie intake on Saturday and Sunday. It worked for a while but I think I'm going to stop cycling and see if maybe my body will respond better to consistent calorie intake across the whole week.

I just looked at my calorie totals for the past 7 days. My total daily calorie average is 1600. My net daily calorie average is 1000. That's after exercise calories. I don't eat all my exercise calories.

I do use a food scale and weigh my proteins and carbs. I don't weigh veggies.

You look amazing - and you look like you FEEL amazing, too! Congratulations on your success!

Adding you as well! I also lost weight over the past few years and have seen it creep back on due to me getting lazy and complacent so I'm back on track.
-
Congratulations! Thanks for sharing!

Adding you! I'm also working off some weight that I previously lost, it's a little tougher the second time around but I've finally got the scale going in the right direction. We can do it!

Thanks for the update! Congratulations on your long term success!

I had weight loss surgery (gastric sleeve) on 3/17/2015, so about 3 and a half years ago. My highest weight was 320 and I'm 5'5". I contemplated having surgery since the birth of my second child in 12/2010, but didn't actually do it until over 4 years later. I wish I had done it sooner. My metabolism, like yours, was very…

I had a minor fracture in my left knee in November, took 6 weeks to heal and I still have issues with pain and discomfort when I exercise. My physical therapist suggested a recumbent bike for low-impact exercise and that works for me. Also gentle stretching exercises before and after help prevent pain too.

My med dosage actually went up from 50mcg to 75mcg when I lost over 100 pounds. I don't think Levo is weight-related necessarily, it's more like weight fluctuation is a side effect of poor thyroid function. I could be wrong, lol.

Welcome to MFP!

I track my veggies loosely, I use approximate amounts because I don't usually weigh out my veggies. But I want to have some idea of how many calories/other nutrients I'm consuming with my veggie intake, so I do try to get it in the log.

This one is a caffeine molecule, it's on my right wrist. It will probably be covered by a Targaryen house sigil to match my Stark house sigil. Matching "sisters" tattoos that me and my sister got on our feet. Foot tats hurt! My favorite tattoo ever, my Stark house sigil. Banner says "Valar Morghulis" and the matching…

Having lost over 100 pounds there's a TON of stuff that changed that I didn't realize would happen: 1. Being able to walk for miles without feeling winded. I thought I would never get rid of that heavy feeling in my chest. 2. Riding roller coasters - I knew this would happen but I didn't realize how emotional and proud it…

Feel free to add me, I have lost 110 pounds going from 320 to 210 and am trying to get under 200 again. It is hard to stay on track sometimes but the biggest thing to remember is that every good decision gets you a little closer to your goal. Stay within your macros, track everything you eat and weigh your portions. And…

I use PF! Good gym for moderate/beginning. Black card gets you a guest and unlimited tanning. Can't beat it. I just wish they had childcare for my 1 year old but for $20/month it's a good deal.

Me! I'm at my desk for the majority of the day. Definitely would appreciate the motivation to get moving! I work 8:30-5 Monday-Friday.

Maybe try a low-carb yogurt instead of a smoothie if you're looking for a creamy fruit taste with less sugar? As long as you're hitting your macros you should be fine, but for me personally I wouldn't want to consume that much sugar all at once.

I used to do Leslie's walk at home videos - I'm sure I still have them somewhere. I don't have any home gym equipment unfortunately, but I could definitely do videos that use bodyweight exercises. Just a matter of doing it! Thank you!
