I am 45 year old mother of 3 boys, 21,18, and 14. I joined MFP in January and have lost 9 pounds so far. I am looking for friends to motivate me. I have about 17 pounds to go to reach my first goal. I will reevaluate when I reach it.

I am restarting level 1 tonight. I didn't make it all the way through last time I hope to in February.

It is not bad. Just know it will happen every once in awhile and it is not the end of the world. If you stay on track the rest of the week you will be fine. I think you need to overeat once in a while so your body doesn't think you are starving it. Good luck.:smile:

I also like the idea of charms. I have thought about maybe putting some money in a jar or something and every time you lose a pound or so add to it and then when you are at your goal buy yourself something you really want.

I have tried many kinds of Greek Yogurt and found Greek Gods brand sold at Sprouts Markets is really the only one I like. Not sure if it is sold anywhere else. Try it if you can. It comes in vanilla, blueberry, strawberry and plain. I don't recommend the plain.
