Logging all food and a month ago I started Jullian Michaels 30 day shred, which made a big change fitness and body wise.

I'm mostly GF since a year only because I thought I don't feel that we'll when I eat it. It's not so hard. Bread can be bought GF, I also baked a few on my own but didn't really like it. Instead of bread I have a self made muesli in the morning, almonds fruit during the day and GF meals for lunch and dinner. Rice, chicken,…

We tried a few and ended up buying Myofusion again and again, flavour chocolate. Tastes like a nice chocolate milk shake, no bad after taste at all. Our kids do a lot of sports, so it's for the whole family. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/gn/myofusion-probiotic-series.html

Your fat cells will only be emptied but they stay. Just wait a while should get better as you're still young. My tummy also became wobbly and flat after the first shred week.

Tried everything but can't find the group. Please add me. Started yesterday and will now do my second day. I'm on my weight loss challenge since January.

It's a quick, intense and not boring workout.

Started today and hope to be able to walk tomorrow morning :-) Would like to join you.

If you want to lose weight pizza and chips are of course not the right way. I like a chicken kebab with lots of salad in it, fills and is not too bad. Also as mentioned before salad, soup, fish, omelette and loads of veggies. Protein instead of carbs.

Wow what a change! You've lost a lot and you look great now. Must feel like a new life I guess.

Welcome and feel free to add my if you'd like. As mentioned before don't starve through the day and start eating everything in your way at night time. My diary is open to friends and I eat regularly and quite healthy. Lost 3 kg over 3 month, goal is to lose 8kg.

I guess it's just harder if you don't have that much to lose. I lost 5 pounds over 2.5 month and one was over the last month. Would be interesting to see the advice you're getting. Your diary looks good and you're excersing well, it should be more weight lost to be fair.

You lost 8lb in six weeks, that's not too bad. Muscles are heavier than fat, so excessive exercise will improve your toning and your clothes should already show a difference. Don't eat too little, it slows your metabolism down and you won't lose weight. Keeping track of your calories would really help, as mentioned before.…

The late evening while sitting on the sofa watching TV, not much calories left and not allowed to spoil myself for surviving the hard day. Usually started to eat yoghurt or veggies only to eat something while watching TV. Actually that's my dinner around 8 pm. Save some calories, which I gain from a previous walk.

For me it's similar. Started on January the first and lost just over 2kg, while my husband lost over 6 at the same time. Usually this would have been it and back to old habits, but I will go on, my pants already fit much better and there is a slow progress. Add me if you'd like :-) Guess its similar for you, just be…

Coffee Yoghurt Linseed Sunflower seeds Which is all together my breakfast

Rather eat some almonds or fruit instead of lollies, they make you crave for sugar. Having a smoothie helps me when I'm craving all day.
