OK, so I haven't quite reached my first major milestone but I'm only a pound off so I'm not going to fret too much really over that. Anyway, I've been training this week in London and now staying with relatives before I have to go back home tomorrow. So having a day off I thought I'd treat myself to a day's shopping and lunching in Oxford Street.

A reminder of how overweight I was;

This is me in the hotel looking much thinner

So I treated myself to a 'well done, you've done a very good job' shopping expedition. Partly because I can now buy clothes from the high street but mainly because its important to reward hard work.

So here are two shirts I bought

I also bought shoes too because now my feet have shrunk I can get into the shoe size I actually am rather than having to go one size up.

I also went to lunch to celebrate :)

And here are the scales just to show you I'm really no longer 25 and a half stone!
