My top 4 are:
Arnold - Whole Grains Healthy Multi-Grain Bread
Chicken - Breast, meat only, cooked, roasted
Walmart Great Value - Reduced Fat Milk (2%)
Watermelon - Raw0 -
1) skim milk
2) whole wheat bread
3) shredded cheddar cheese
4) ketchup
5-7) eggs, egg whites, egg beaters -- to go with the cheese & ketchup, duh :laugh:0 -
1) Coffee - Brewed from grounds
2) Bananas - Raw
3) Nature Made - Fish Oil 1000mg With 300mg Omega-3
4) Caltrate - 600+D Calcium Supplement (Calcium & Vitamin D)
If you don't count my supplements (#3-6 are all multivitamins/calcium/fish oil/vitamin d)...then it'd be:
7) Strawberries - Raw
8) Harris Teeter Naturals - Frozen Organic Blueberries
Kind of shocked actually...but there was a period of time where I had the same dang thing for breakfast for weeks on end, which is probably why the above is "Most Used."0 -
skim milk
apples
protein powder
eggs0 -
yup, this sounds about right:

How do you find your top four "all time" foods? I can find the top four for each individual meal, but not the top four of all my meals combined.0
-
grapefruit, nonfat vanilla yogurt, rockin wellness shake, carrots0
-
Coffee-Mate (Original Powder) - Creamer
Coffee - Brewed from grounds
Splenda - Packet (4 Calories)
Bananas - Raw
That's my top four "most used" foods... for all meal types, not just breakfast.
Obviously, I like coffee and bananas too much.0 -
coffee
egg whites
cheese
apple0 -
Coffee
Yoghurt
Linseed
Sunflower seeds
Which is all together my breakfast0 -
Chicken Breast

Almonds - Raw Organic
Spinach - Raw
Tomato - Tomato Slice

I'm obsessed with cheese and almonds. Too bad I can't just eat those. That's probably half of my calories!0 -
If you're on a PC, there's a drop down at the top to change from breakfast to 'all meals'0
-
Premier Protein Shake Vanilla
Premier Protein Shake Chocolate
Apples
Carrots
If I entered my coffee, that would beat out apples, I'm pretty sure.0 -
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Whey Protein
Mushrooms
Cheese0 -
Oddly enough mine would all go together well:
Banana
Peanut Butter
Honey
Semi-skimmed Milk
(number five was a different honey, I'm honestly not addicted to honey)
I think the lack of dinner/lunch like things is due to the fact I use the recipe tool a lot as I know for certain it should be chopped tomatoes, number one, as I get through an unimaginable amount of cartons of the stuff! Olive oil too...0 -
gold standard chocolate protein powder
green tea
chicken breast
steak0 -
Generic - Coffee Brewed Ground Fresh (under my Mornin' Grub)
Topher's Incredible Post *kitten*-Kicking Shake (Under Post *kitten*-Kicking Shake)
Kroger - Organic Seedless Raisins (Under Elevenses)
Mild Cheddar Cheese - Shredded (a component of my burritos, so that would go with my homemade pinto beans and my homemade Mexican Wild Rice) [Under Lunch]
For Mornin' Grub, it should be smoothie, but I have all my own recipes made up, and I do so many typse of smoothies that they are not at the top as they should be.0 -
