how do i work this out?

Click the Food tab. Click Add Food, and the first tab open (on your PC) should be Most Used. Your most commonly used foods will be listed first.

But it all depends on which meal I click to add food from for the most used. It's a different top four at breakfast (egg white, slice of bread, light marg and skim milk) to my top four at evening snacks (light hot chocolate, cheese strings, skim milk and no sugar added jello).
Strange...Mine are all the same foods for any meal/snack. Sure you're on most used and not recent?
    :glasses:

I think maybe they're viewing individual meals... there's an option you have to select for "All Meals" at the top of the list.

Aha! I found the all meals tab. And now I'm embarrassed to put the top 4. :embarassed: skim milk, low-cal hot chocolate, gummi bears and olive oil! I'm going to put it down to the great variety in the main things I eat, but fairly standard snacks and cooking oil. That and things like sometimes I use the package name for my egg whites, sometimes just generic egg whites, plus the different varieties of bread. Still, it does give me pause to think...

    1) Onions - Raw
    2) Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomatoes
    3) Coffee Mate Peppermint Mocha Sugar Free
    4) Grape Tomatoes

Lunches and dinners vary, but breakfasts are usually scrambled eggs with sauteed onions and sun-dried tomatoes, with sugar-free creamer in the coffee. And I guess I just like grape tomatoes.
