Thought this would be a fun idea for a thread.
What does your Food Diary say your top four "Most Used" foods are??
I bet coffee is number one for a lot of us...
Mine:
Generic Coffee - Black
Tomato - Cherry Tomato
Lettuce - Green leaf, raw
Snacks - Popcorn, air-popped, white popcorn

I don't add black coffee or tea, because there are less than a few calories a mug.

40g All bran w/ 80ml semi-skimmed milk
175g turkey breast

mine are:
Coffee with 1% milk
Oatmeal cooked with 1% milk
Greek Yogurt - 0%
followed by an assortment of fruit; strawberries, pomegranate, pineapple, grapes0 -

Grilled chicken breast
All sounds very virtuous and then I get to number 5 which is almond biscotti. Hmmm, maybe now I know why I'm not losing much weight these days :blushing:0 -

I haven't eaten a crispbread in about 6 months, but I got obsessed with them for a while so they're still up there!
I put onions in everything I cook pretty much, and I make homemade wedges when I'm craving potato... as for the salad, it's a straight up addiction, I just ate a whole bag meant for a family on the trot. Whoopsy, at least it wasn't cake!0 -

Click the Food tab. Click Add Food, and the first tab open (on your PC) should be Most Used. Your most commonly used foods will be listed first.0 -
