i dont know the answer to this but when I first added walking to my other exercise I noticed that I gained two pounds the first week after walking for 30 mins 3 times a week. The next week I lost the 2 pounds and the week after I lost another 2.5. Don't give up and give it another couple weeks!

I agree with the others about Mirena. I have had it for 3 years now and love it. Hardly ever get a period and when I do it is really light.

i started here in Jan of this year and I am 5'5 and started at 165. I am a mommy to a little boy who will be 3 in March. I lost 9 pounds in 4 weeks. I am in the same boat as you. I had my son almost 3 years ago and I am starting to eat better and work out and my "baby belly" is the one thing I want gone ASAP!
