Yes however they recommend getting the T31 strap for underwater tracking instead of usinvg the orginal one as salt and chlorine can distort data and results :)

I find that kinda weird, I mean everything we do is 'cardio' activity and everything we do burns calories.. Eat more and lift more. Figure out your actual TDEE and slowly work your way up to it. Do it 100 calories at a time - if you put on weight one week you can stay there until the next week. Nope! You obviously need to work towards getting RDI's of micronutrients, but that doesn't mean you can't eat things that aren't 100% nutrient dense. It's okay to have a mixture of things, I think the problem mainly is when people value calorie dense over nutrient dense too much and it causes decifiencies and other issues.…
