IMO, you need to take a rest day here and there. Jillian never intended it to be done in 30 days straight. Level 2 is harder and Level 3 is even more difficult. 37...no kids. I always get the "But you'd make such a great mom" speech. I usually respond with, "I also think I'd make a great prostitute but I don't plan on trying that either." I love kids (I'm even a middle school teacher), I just don't want my own!

I bought a Polar FT4 for 80$ at D's Sporting Goods. I love, love, love it! I even wear it for silly things, like cutting the grass! I personally feel it's more accurate than any of the other calories burned calculators I've seen on-line!

Well, actually, I'm not overweight and never have been. I only have about 10 lbs to lose. I hate to cook so the habit of eating things that were just convenient and not necessarily healthy is what made me put on those 10 lbs.

Yes....I hate eating and I hate cooking. I'd love to hear some advice on how to get over this...I find this whole process very overwhelming for the little success I've had...6.5 lbs down in 50 days. Ugh.
