My last carton was like that. Was not outdated and didnt' smell bad. I just kept shaking it up and drank it anyway. I read that it does that sometimes. Didn't make me sick : )

Have you tried fritattas? Very versitile and can be low cal. One of my favorites is smoked salmon with fat free cream cheese. But you can put anything in them. Lots of recipes out there.
