  • Sorry, have to say it... "you can't out run a bad diet." Doesn't matter how much you workout. If you are over eating, it's not going to come off. You need to evaluate your "treats".

  • Gotten one at Target another at Walmart. Just picked up the cheapest I could find. I agree with @cmriverside get one that has grams. AND an on off button. The cheap one I found at Walmart doesn't have these features.

  • I tried on one of my pretty dresses that was bought at my last low. It was too loose. Time to look for a new pretty dress for date night.
  • Haven't set a timer yet to tell me to move every hour. But I don't feel like I need one either... Walking for 30+ minutes at lunch has helped.
