Oh! I like these kind of challenges. Here are my tallies: 4/1 - off 4/2 - 30m 4/3 - Off 4/4 - 20m elliptical, 10m walk, 30m video 4/5 - Off- but I did clean the house for about 100 hours yesterday. That counts, yes? Total through 4/5- 1.5 hr

Also keep this in mind- one mile of walking or running is about 100 calories burned. That's equal to a banana.... In other words...Run a mile means you get to eat an extra banana

It's a great program but you always have to remember that you can't out run a bad diet. The program will help you run your first 5k if that is your fitness goal

I love motivational friends. I love being updated about diaries and exercise and live it when they post a status every once in a while. I've got an open diary. Anyone can add me. But if you complain about not losing and you're eating junk- don't be surprised if I go away.

Uh... Why are you calling us too old to be fit?!? I'm almost 46 and darn it I'm fighting for it. Today I hurried a woman who was 97. Now she was too old. We've got a lot of years ahead of us.

How much of the "good" stuff of the hot lunch did you see in the trash? My guess is that most of the kids ate the dessert and the applesauce.
