I make a hummus without oil and tahini. Believe it or not, its pretty good. Just add the cumin, garlic, a touch of cayenne, and lemon juice to the chick peas and blend. Add the "bean juice" (aquafaba) as needed. Salt to taste Also for a chocolate fix I use black beans, PB powder, cocoa powder, honey and stevia.

I’m going to suggest something completely different.... what about going bland for awhile? Brown rice- plain. Oatmeal- Plain. Baked potatoes- plain. Other grains. Fuel your body and stop looking for flavor.

So true. so very true. My husband and I have been married 21 years as of Thursday. Note- we had been living together for 3 years prior. Had we not had the vows, the contract, the promise- it would not have lasted 5 years. Life changed the day after we got married.

Used the plant scale with body fat analysis this morning. Since April 9, I am down 12.2 lbs of fat. I've dropped my metabolic age from 63 to 52. I am almost at a "normal" BMI. Could not be happier. Woot! Woot!!!
