AGREED! Choc chip cookie dough is the best! I hated it the first time i tried it because the texture was weird and i didnt expect a tootsie roll type texture. Thanks for the advice Sharon! I've definitely changed the way I ate when I hit 25, but it seems I have to change it even more now a days! I miss you and hope we can hang out soon. And one thing is true you will always be older than me haha. You are one of the people I look up to along with Jillian :)

Omg I was sooooo scared to try it but I was desperate to see a change in the scale! Yeah that's normal, your muscles tend to swell up after a workout causing a slight gain. But it's only temporary!
