track track track everything! Even if you go over. Just start doing that, and gradually you may see how much you are eating, and then change your quanities gradually. Well done for posting on here that is a great start!

Well said!!! I was ordering chips, and my mother in law said, you cant have them!! I said yes i can!! and i did and i still lost weight! boom!

I always have a large evening meal, so it keeps me full for the evening, but I always save calories for a treat, either chocolate, doritos, or ice-cream! Im not the healthiest eater to be honest, but I am staying in my calories and losing weight....

WOW!!!!!!!!! That is an amazing post, you have done so well! What an inspiration. I would love to be able to run, and one day I will. I am too heavy at the moment and have been told my my personal trainer that it may damage my knees/shins. So this is one thing I am working towards, thanks for the inspiration!

these are the scales that i use, (i use the grams/oz and ml functions) however I am pretty sure they have a "CUP" measurement aswell, how accurate that is to the US i dont know...…

i personally count them as i count everything, because if i didnt, then id gradually start counting less and less before im back to where i started lol

Scales and measure in grams, i have no idea about cups, although the new scales i bought use this measurements also

my tip would be make sure you have something nice that you really enjoy. by not cutting out anything I have succeeded for the last 30 days in losing 11.5lb, i have cut down the quantities massively, but always made sure i still have chocolate!

I dont eat indian much but i know that they do some dry dishes, maybe have one of those with some boiled rice? and leave the onion bajees alone i imagine they are going to be high! Good luck

My work colleague bought the leaflet in to work to show me which i havent read properly yet, but i think the jist is, you eat what ever you want for 5 days, then the other 2 days you have approx 500 calories, breakfast and dinner i think...

I don't do regular exercise, and I've lost 8lb in 3 weeks by tracking everything i eat on here. I have done the odd walk or something, and i do want to bump it up to get me healthier.
