this group seems a little quiet... what is going on and how is everyone doing? yesterday was pretty good for me.... I fixed the tires on my bike and went for a short ride. :) now that the tires are fixed I don't have an excuse!!! :D

Yes, look out for frosting!!!! My favorite... or least favorite one used to be Mothers Oatmeal Cookies, their old recipe used to have fish gelatin in it!!!! gross to read and imagine, but so glad they put THAT on the label!

So close!! 150.8 this morning. I thought about not weighing in today and letting it slide until tomorrow, but I blew my calories today and thought it wouldn't be enough to send me under. I will just take it. Still moving in the right direction. Great work everyone!
