Beginning Swimmer wants to step it up
Hello Everyone! I recently have started swimming, and I think that I have the breathing down enough were I can start increasing my distance beyond one lap. :) I was wondering if there was a training program that could help me out. I am thinking the equivalent of C25K, but for swimming laps. Any advice? Thanks!

New Scale recommendations please
I have to get a new scale this weekend. I thought it was just the batteries, but no replacing the batteries didn't fix the old one. Anyone have any thoughts on what type to get? Do you think that the body fat percentage option is accurate and/or worth the extra money? Thanks!
