I am just going to make a Word docsimilar to that feature, keep it open and update it every week. Stupid that I have to do that. I'm wondering what other basic things this site stripped away for the free version..

Recently, I hit the skids for 2 to 3 weeks after doing pretty well for two and a half months. It's harder for me to stick to the plan when I have a bunch of time off from work and my day isn't largely occupied. So the slip ups were a few meals out, mostly on my regular days off, where I did have some bread and some rice,…

I really, really, really want a BIG, cheesy plate full of ziti. **bites fist**
-
That explains it. Sugar definitely causes it for me.

I woke up today really wanting breakfast from my local diner. I am on vacation this week and it's been a little rocky since I don't have work taking up much of my day. I opened up Seamless, made a few choices, and got to checkout when I hesitated and asked myself if I really wanted to continue to sabotage 2 1/2 months…

I no longer need to buy XL tops, I am buying L size Tshirts! And when I look down I don't see my belly anymore! :)

I don't tend to eat a lot of fatty/fried food, and never have. It tends to make me feel sick, even things like tempura, though in the past I have liked matzoh and butter, and some sour cream with potatoes or with chips. In my experience, it is the sugar that has spiked my appetite. Chips are something I have binged on, but…

Yes, my tastes have changed as I've gotten older. I have always known that I have had a huge sweet tooth, but these days it is more satisfying for me to have something crunchy or savory, with an occasional something sweet. And you make a good point, anything can put weight on if you eat too much of it. (pound of feathers =…

YES! I have used dried apricots as part of my snacks, and though sweet, they don't have the same effect on me as candy/cookies. There is a difference between fructose (from fruit, not drinks/junk) and sucrose, I guess. Like you, I would much rather eat more for my snacks than have a quick sugar fix that will consume…

And now I can't even add anything to my food diary and the day isn't even done. NM, I tried under a new tab. But still getting the same error as everyone else.

Absolutely it counts! :)

What a great story, and so entertainingly written! Fantastic achievements!

Thanks! :)

I'm done. Tried Workout 6 today, was getting splintering kneepain during rockstars. It's also just not holding my interest. I am going to look for a 4 day split routine I can do. Good luck to everyone else though!
-
I had to stop at the 20 minute mark. I got through it on my previous go-rounds, but maybe I am giving it more this time and am not aware of it. I had nothing left! I will get through it on Thursday though!

Reviewing Workout 5 again before Monday. Good Lord. Cable crescents to cable punches to crescents to punches to crescents...and those wretched, wretched tricep presses!
-
I must say it is nice to be going through this on the same schedule with other people. It's like a book club for the body, lol.
-
Yes, between 1100 and 1200 a day generally. I'm fine with it.

I usually do my own thing as far as meals and cardio. With the meal plan, Jillian's objective was to make many of the recipes equal a few servings (except for breakfast) so that you could cook on one day of the week and split these bigger recipes into your meals over a couple of days. The booklet tells you how many…

Here I go again, third round, never did finish Phase three the first or second times. Started again June 1. :)

OK, my last week of Phase Two, I just did my last Workout 7. Somehow I am always surprised when that one ends and it's time for cooldown, lol. I reviewed Workouts 9 and 10. #10 I am not worried about, but 9 scares me, haha.

I have three bands that I bought at Modell's, light, medium and heavy. They only came with one set of handles though, that I have to switch from band to band as I use them. My recommendation is to have available at least two different resistance bands, each with its own set of handles, because what is appropriate for one…

I just did Workout 7 for the first time in a week. I ended up taking a week off. I was feeling like a pile of rusted car parts and I could not power through it. I think I did Workout 8 once last week and that was it. Pushing to get back on schedule this week. I really want to complete this and not quit 3/4 of the way…

I can see I am going to have to spend another week on these two discs as well. Some of the moves I cannot do without big modifications and others are just really difficult, so my form has been fairly sloppy. I feel like a wet bag of cement! lol
-
If you guys start a Body Shred group can you link to it here? I would love to see the feedback on it!
-
Well, slogged through Workout 7 and I am still alive. I have to keep thinking that I will get the hang of these workouts too, just like I did the other ones. She doesn't give you any workouts that aren't doable.
-
I think I am going to have to spend an extra week on Workouts 4 and 5.
-
But you're advertising another Body Revolution group in an existing Body Revolution group?
-
Someone please describe the wheel pushup, because what I see on YouTube involves an actual abroller wheel, which I don't have. Oh, holy hell, now I see what it is. I used to be able to do backbends and bridges all the time when I was a kid, not sure if I have that power any more, lol.

Congratulations on your first workout! I didn't take any measurements this time. But I did lose about 9 pounds this month, which is, strangely, more than what I was losing last time, so maybe my eating is just more on point this time. I moved into Phase Two today, Workout 5. JIMINY CHRISTMAS, I forgot how hard she works…
