  • The jumping lunges... UGH, Really?! I can't wait to go back and do level 1 and level 2 once I've survived level 3.
  • Ha, ha, ha...
  • EPIC FAIL... Happy hour with the girls... I'm tired, going to get ready for bed, watch a TV show, walk the dog and go to bed.... what a terrible week. Wimpy work out on Monday and Tuesday (did 30DS but nothing else) and was over my calories yesterday. Seriously, will be back in the program tomorrow. UGH...
  • Finished. I feel like I'm improving on everything except the lunges. Still wobbly.
  • ha, ha... Day 4 finished, I probably would have been called out, too, during the lunges. Did ok on everything else though and my bicycle crunches are starting to look controlled. To the people that are excited that we are 1/2 way through level 1... just think what comes next. YIKES!
  • Day 3 finished. I agree with other posts... some things seem easier while others seem just as hard or harder. Push ups are still the worst, and I am doing the girl version, too. I've been using the 3 pound weights; but tomorrow am going to try and use 5s for the chest flys and rows. One thing a trainer told me is to push…
  • Finished day 2. Overall, I did better than yesterday; with the exception of push ups... still suck at those, and, my bicycle crunches aren't pretty and graceful like the ladies on screen. Today I decided that I am really annoyed by the expression "don't phone it in" and can't help but crack a smile every time she calls one…
  • Day 1 complete... I knew when I started MFP that i wanted to improve strength and flexibility but thought I was in better shape than I obviously am. Did okay; but I can't wait to feel the progress.
  • Add me, too. Just getting started...
