Yup, it is 5:30 and I have 251 calories left. I am however going to the gym tonight so I should be able to eat a lttle more than 250.

I wouldnt. Itll make ou more dehydrated. Maybe a light walk.

I always empty before I run because I will have to pee 5 mins into it. If I were you I would just wear a pad while you run if you really really want to run.

I kind of asked my husband....well I just told him flat out I wanted to marry him, then things started going that way quickly. Eventually he did the formal asking but that wasnt until after we had a date already for the wedding (and my dress even) haha. Do what you feel is right. You want him forever then ask :)

You need to eat back your workout calories especially if you are only eating 1250 a day. Search IPORM on the forums and try to follow that.

I buy the mixed herbs salad mix and mix it with alfalfa sprouts and butter lettuce. Then I try to top it with protein so either kidney beans or garbanzo beans. sometimes I add baby carrots.

I had cocoapuffs with almond milk and a scoop of vanilla protein mixed in. A higher calorie breafast (almost 400) but I am gyming today after work so it should matter much. Suprisingly cocoapuffs are only 100 cals a serving and they help with my chocolate cravings.

Most vegetarian proteins have no fat or very lttle fat.

There areso many great mixes out there at the punds. Almost all dogs with non-smushed faces can outrun humans. Smushed faces makes breathing hard so they cant run for long.
