Don't bother...weight comes right back once you start eating normally. There are no quick fixes. Now, if you're looking for some way to throw your money away...well, still don't do it, just send me the $40 or whatever it is now :tongue:

I wouldn't keep my phone in my bra...but not for this reason... my aunt used to tuck her phone in her bra if she didn't have pockets, one time the phone overheated and her bra caught on fire! She was ok, but yeah....phones don't belong in your bra.

It's pretty much a guessing game anyway... On the treadmills at my gym, if you hit "manual" (why doesn't that look right?) It will ask you to enter your weight...I noticed when I do it that way it's closer to what mfp says

If you're fixing a healthy dinner at night, box up a serving in some tupperware (or whatever) and take that for lunch instead of those frozen meals. I know they're better than other frozen meals but they tend to be small portions and have tons of sodium.

I found that I was pretty close, but I'm still trying to cut back...70cals per cup of coffee is no good (I know it could be a lot worse *cough*starbucks)...I only usually drink one cup in the morning... I used to like it black...trying to re-aquire that taste.

I do love my grandma, she's provided a home for me on more than one occasion growing up, and this was always a safe place for me while my parents were going through divorce...I just never noticed all the little comments she makes, and if I had I probably wouldn't have done anything about it.

Thank you all...I know this is a long road that I'm on. I'm glad that I can come here for support.
