So frustrated.

Why is it that I count every calorie I put in my mouth and hit the gym almost daily and the scale barely moves and my roommate eats the worst junk food ever and does a workout video every now and then and LOSES WEIGHT? I'm losing my mind over here.

    Hang in there...you've lost a lot so far, maybe you've hit a plateau and need to switch things up a bit...

    I've been on a plateau for about five months now. I've tried switching things up, changing my eating habits, trying different work outs. I'm ready to start screaming. I don't know what I'm doing wrong here.
