I just went through this same "panic" last week. My scale obsession had me up 4 lbs in 2 days. I actually found comfort in a nother post on the board and realized when all was said and done I was back down to normal with an extra pound lost! Dont Fret :smile:

I am with you!!! I am up to almost 30 minutes on my elliptical... could barely manage 5 when I got mine last month! :smile:

Thank you everyone for the encouraging words. Yes I will tackle it again tonight... hoping for 11 or 12 minutes :) I don't want to give up and I wont let it defeat me!!!

Good suggestions! I feel guilty "letting up" but I have to learn how to just let that go! I thought 1200 calories was low also ( I'm not really that hungry though!) 5.0" and I've been told my height has a lot to do with how much I am "allowed" to eat.
