Like do I just mix it up in my morning meal replacement shake? Or is there a recipe you use? And does kale make the texture of the smoothie weird? I am googling kale chips right now.

Are you swiching up your work outs? Our bodies go into auto piolet after doing a few of the same things in a row. I work out 45-60 5 x a week switch between power walking/jogging, biking, and swimming--sometimes I hike too. Try switching it up this week and maybe up your speeds for some of your workouts too.

I am on a 1200 calorie a day restriction. Root vegetables are cosidered starches and NO WAY can I do hollandaise. I do add avocado into my turkey wraps, but I really don't like other raw veggies without dip.
