Ok! I am taking biotin right now, and I was taking a women's one a day or something like that, but the pills were huge and tasted bad so I stopped! I believe it had like 300% for everything in it though, so I guess it's a good thing!

I forgot to add that I follow an interval program during my elliptical workout! I used to try doing one long steady workout, but I found a nice variety filled one on pinterest so that's what I do now. Looks like I will be sticking with it!

Ok, thanks everyone! It looks like I definitely need to start keeping more fruit and veggies in the house along with eliminating the amount of unhealthy stuff I keep (I looooove oatmeal, and that's what I've been eating a lot, I just wondered if maybe it was too big to be called a snack:)

I've never really tried eating protein bars before, I will give it a go! I do usually try to keep fruit and veggies around, but I find that I am reluctant to eat them, even though I really enjoy lots of them! Maybe if I just force myself, I will start eating them more regularly.
