Thanks for all the wonderful reply's. I think sometimes it's helpful coming out of someone else's mouth. Or just something that someone says will hit home. It is so helpful to hear from those who have gone through or are going through the same type of situation. I will try and do some small steps each week and I really…

I like taking an apple and dipping it in a little bit of plain greek yogurt mixed with pb2 (the powdered peanut butter with the majority of the fat removed). The protein keeps me satisfied longer and it's delish!

Last night I was very frustrated and ended up at a friends house and ate a ton of toquitos, not my smartest move ever. But I guess today is a new day...

Im right with you guys. When life stresses me out, I turn to food. I have now put back on some of the weight I lost w/ MFP, but I'm hoping to start over and hope that I have the strength to one day, change this habit.

Reading this gave me chills, I totally understand and you should be proud of yourself. Way to go, we are all proud of you too!

Usually I'll do a steamed chicken and broccoli, they can cook it without using oil and just steam everything, with a brown sauce on the side and steamed brown rice. Good Luck

Cranberry supplements have helped me. People say to drink Cranberry juice, but I find that it has a lot of sugar in it. I hope you feel better, it's a horrible thing and I feel for you.

Thank you so much for sharing your story. It hits close to home for me. Was just in a wedding being the heaviest girl wearing all the "suck me in" clothes I could find and I still look at the pictures disgusted. Thank for the motivation. You look amazing and should be so proud of yourself. Thank you!

I was just telling my sister that I'm dying to try that recipe. It looks fairly easy and sounds delish! I'm glad you liked it :)

I agree with you. This site has helped me even at my weakest points and I too am appreciative of everyone.

By any chance could you send me this info as well, I would very much appreciate it. A doctor once told me it was because of unbalanced cortisol levels, but I think it's from poor posture. Thanks

Thank you everyone for your words of encouragement, they are truly helping. I truly appreciate them all. I'm going to print out this thread and keep is in my purse and through the next couple days, which I know will be the toughest, I will remember all that you all are telling me. Thank you.

When I started I put in my workout goal as 3x/wk and only cardio. Since then I have changed it to 5 days a week and do both strength and cardio. I can't really decrease my calories any more, I'm already at 1200/day on non-workout days.

I guess one thing I missed was if you need to eat your exercise calories? I remember doing weight watchers years ago and they said it was optional if you wanted to eat your exercise calories. I don't want to put my body in starvation mode, but right now I've been restricting to about 1200 daily and when I exercise I only…
