I agree! It's important to count all your calories, imo, but you can eat a whole lot more vegi's for the same amount of calories in something bad for you. Say yes to the vegi's but I'd still log them.

My sister just joined today! I'm excited to have MFP friend I actually know.

Dr. Oz did a thing about them and had a foot dr on. He had a whole list of foot and knee problems those shoes can cause.

My husband eats what I eat. He's healthier when I cook healthy. He eats junk when he's not home, so I figure healthy food at home gives him some balance.

Good for you! I believe it is all about balance. When you deprive yourself of everything you love, you'll never be happy and won't stick with it. Good luck on your journey to finding your balance. You can do it!

You get huge portions, ask for half your meal boxed right away. Then you'll only have half the calories and you'll have lunch for tomorrow. I know they also have cheese cake that is lower in carbs. Have a fun dinner!

I work outside all winter and love my Bogs. They make lots of different styles. They're light weight, warm, and super waterproof.

Which is another reason I think I'm done losing. 125 would still be in the healthy range, but at the bottom end.

You might be lucky, I always want to eat everything in sight during my TOM. I think you should try to eat something good for you. Even a protein bar or shake would be better than nothing.

I feel your pain! In Jan. I cut my hair short after years of having long hair. It looked cute and I got lots of compliments, but I missed my pony tail! Now I can finally get it into a ponytail again, even though it's a short one. I don't have any tips, other than waiting it out. Your hair will grow out. Good luck!

I agree! I hate it when my guy hasn't shaved and wants to kiss. My face feels like it's on fire when we're done!

My mom cleans houses. She generally gets $20-$25 an hour. She charges more if there are pets or lots of bathrooms.

Take it to work tomorrow, you're co-workers will think you're great and it will be out of the house.

Yoga is great for getting stretched out. The longer you do yoga the easier stretching will get.

I've found that too. Sometimes I think I'll treat myself to an old favorite, like chips or ice cream and half way through eating it, I have to stop. It just isn't as good anymore. It's great to have found new, healthier favs!

Wohoo! Happened to me last night too, what a wonderful feeling! Things like that make me believe this is a life style change, not a diet.

Now I'm hungry for sushi! When I go I just try not to over eat. I don't get sushi often, so I always make sure I'm enjoying every bite.

Lots of fiber and protein. I also try to eat smaller meals then I have small, healthy snacks between meals.

My mom swears just eating any yogart everyday helps.

When I started I didn't see any weight loss until week two. Keep at it, it will come off!

I try to stick to complex carbs, because I feel fuller longer with the same amount of food. I don't stress about it, I just naturally go for the whole-grains.

I stayed out of the candy bowl! The problem is I have a ton left! The trick will be staying out of it.
