My go to breakfast is cereal because it's really quick to make and eat. I usually have 1 cup of Special K Original cereal with 1/2 cup of 1% milk :)

If I do, I only eat back up to 50% of the calories. I try to make sure that I don't eat all of them so I can stay at a good deficit.

I was never able to kick the cravings. It's just you have to eat in moderation. But if you can't eat a few chips without finishing the whole bag, there's a problem. Being able to watch what you eat totally helps.

You're doing a good job. You might want to drop maybe 100 calories just so you can get a greater deficit and start losing the weight quicker. Resistance training is a way to lose calories a lot faster! Cardio is very important too because it gets your heart beating nice and fast.
