My parents in law have both, dinner and supper. Dinner is about 6pm. Supper is more like a 9pm pre-bed snack. :|

It's difficult for other people because they're damned if they do and damned if they don't. You say nothing because you assume someone may not wish their body remarked upon, or you DO say something like "Wow, you lost weight - you look great!" but what they hear is "Wow wasn't it about time you lost that weight, you looked…

I had a housemate at University many years ago, who was rushed into A&E thinking he was having a heart attack (heart racing, struggling breathe properly etc). He was using Thermobol. He thought it was okay to use because it was advertised on what he considered a reputable UK weight lifting website.

I think a lot of people are deluded when it comes to things like buying weight loss pills online etc. I genuinely think that many assume they will have undergone some formal rigorous testing process, much like medication does, before people are allowed to advertise their wares, so they think they're not taking that much of…

I guess you will have looked into the requirements by now? A family member is a fitness instructor in the RAF. As far as I recall for a 19 year old male it's a 2.4km run in or under 11:11, MSFT/bleep test level 9.10, 20 press ups and 35 sit ups. BMI min/max is 18-28. How far are you from that?

Have you ever done the PJFT?

Ahhhh.... Figleaves have a US site, with a DD+ sports bras section. Worth checking out? http://www.figleaves.com/us/lingerie/sports-bras/30520/?link=active_tn_sportsbras#term=&dept=sports…
-
Figleaves do quite large sizes. Dunno if they deliver to the US though? (I'm assuming you're in the US?) http://www.figleaves.com/uk/ranges/sports/bras/19700/20836/?show=1&noc=1

Perhaps 2 sports bras plus a compression top?

Many people structure their calorie intake in such a way that they eat at a higher deficit during the week and "bank" those calories for treats on the weekend. That's perfectly okay as long as it fits within your weekly allowance and you're still generating a calorie deficit. From you it sounds somewhat less organised,…
-
Being from the UK your sizes don't mean anything to me, but I know a fair few "well endowed" female runners and they do okay with actually wearing two sports bras at once.
-
What I mean is, if you want people to friend you with whom you have something in common, you either have to fill in your profile, or say a little bit more about yourself here, e.g. start weight / goal weight, age, region, interests, outlook or whatever.
-
And how do we know whether we're "similar to you"? :D
-
I've done both but I don't think it matters. I used to do 6am spin classes, and you really wouldn't want breakfast before those. I generally can't face food until about 10am anyway, but I don't think it matters regarding weight loss.
-
Are you a single parent?
-
I've had 6lb over night once before TOTM. Water weight. Whooshed back out over a couple of days. I can fluctuate 3lb from morning to evening based on stomach contents alone. The general direction of travel is what matters.
-
It doesn't matter. Your calorie intake overall is what matters. Whether you have no breakfast at all or eat all your calories for breakfast matters not one bit. The deficit matters.
-
We had some nice roast lamb with roasted vegetables. Then a couple of pieces of a nice dark chocolate. I don't get all the drama about Easter.
-
This happens. My body does this and there is no rhyme or reason. I'm at a lower weight but the same principle applies, all of a sudden I get a whoosh and drop a couple of pounds when I least expect it.
-
Dinner will be roast leg of lamb with roasted potatoes, carrots and broccoli. :)
-
Took me a while being here to learn that porridge is "oatmeal".
-
Yes the evening meal can be referred to as "tea", "dinner" or "supper" depending on the region...
