  • Wow good for you! That's a great goal to stay away from junk food. I'm trying to incorporate it so I don't over do it, but eliminating it would speed things up I'm sure. Keep going.
  • Hi, I'm working on that theory too. I think it's true. I'm throwing in a day of fasting here and there (only done one so far). As a nurse I learned our bodies try to maintain a certain homeostasis which is it's level of normal. So throwing it a curve continually keeps it working harder. That's my thought any way.

  • Hi, I'm new too. My daughter has been doing this for a while and loves it. Could use a buddy too. Trying to lose much more than you, though, hopefully about 100. Good luck to you.:smile:
