MFP calories burned question

I was wanting to know if the calories burned that MFP tells you that your burned is that for your weight you have in the database....or is that for an avergae person burn!?

its supposedly for our individual weights but its way off for me i use my hrm for accuracy0

Wow good for you! That's a great goal to stay away from junk food. I'm trying to incorporate it so I don't over do it, but eliminating it would speed things up I'm sure. Keep going.0

I agree.....when I wear my HRM, it is always less than what MFP says -- definitely a worthwhile purchase, highly recommend0
