That sounds like a reasonable plan. I'm sure lifting a maintenance will be much easier than lifting at a deficit...at least I hope. You both look amazing, btw!

I've lost about 68 lbs, most of it since mid Feb. and don't really have sagging skin so far...not saying I wouldn't if I keep losing. However, for now I'm content to be in this ballpark and just concentrate on increasing muscle/decreasing body fat. I lost slowly and am lifting weights.

I failed both sets. I had a hard time with all my sets yesterday. I think I just finished the worst of my cold, last night was much better. I'm strongly considering StrongLifts among other things. I don't know what I want to change to yet but something with fewer reps/higher weights. I'm tired of the same old thing and really want to be in the 5 rep range.

Why do you need a heel for squats? I do all my lifts either barefoot or in my Chucks. Should I be changing shoes after squats? (I've only been lifting a few months)
