It looks pretty cheap, so I think I'm going to go ahead and buy it then tell his doctor about it on his next visit which is apx. 3 weeks. I don't think it would hurt him in that short amount of time and if the doctor doesn't want him on it and can justify why not, we won't be out much...in fact, maybe I would try it at…

My thighs are always the last to go! I am just going to continue eating at a deficit and lifting until I like what I see. ETA: I have noticed my thighs are firming up quite a bit since I've been lifting heavy.

I just talked to the young man I mentioned earlier, that had the stroke at 18. He said the creatine had nothing to do with it, that it is completely safe and that it was just in his genes. He also said to buy ON. I assume this is okay to take when you still have a lot to lose? He realizes he will have an initial gain of…

I see there are many different types and brands. What should I look for, if I were to buy some?

I understand you wouldn't want to advise someone under 18 on here. Thanks for the link!! He is still considered obese. It's good to know he could be building muscle, especially since he is really into it. It's the first time he's really been into working out. He's big time into video games (he's very good at it too...he…

He is 17. He would like to "boost" his workouts. He thinks he's building muscle but everything I've read says you can't do that on a deficit.

Most days I will eat a protein bar for breakfast, either Quest, Oh Yeah!, Pure Protein, or Detour bars. I don't like many healthy breakfast foods and protein bars and quick and easy. I also like them for snacks. As for the person that asked why not eat real food, I would never get in all my protein per day if I relied on…

We got it at Academy Sports...it had a picture of that type of equipment on it and it's 3/4 inch thick. I think it was called fitness flooring or something like that and it's interlocking. I don't think it's rubber...not sure what the material is.

Thank you! Enjoy your new space!!!

Thanks!

We use our bonus room. It's nothing special but it has plenty of room for everything we need, including an area to do DVD's. I will try to post a picture...not sure if I remember how though. ]

I lift 3 days per week and use T25 on some of my off days.

Welcome to our group Stephie! I will be finishing up my first cycle this week. This group has been a big help getting me started with this routine.

Yeah, I no longer feel like I got hit by a truck!!! I can't breathe out of my nose though and I'm still coughing and have a headache. Having a day of rest really helped I think. I had a really hard time making it through the day yesterday, trying to work. I certainly didn't give my students what they deserve. I assume each…

Thanks! I thought so. Next week will be tough, huh? I know a couple of those lifts were already tough and now I have to increase. Yikes!

We typically have to cook extra pieces of chicken to get enough protein. We try to eat 5-6 oz per meal. We weigh out what we want and put the rest up for leftovers. I love to warm it up and eat it in my salad.

I tried this today and it helped a lot! Thank you!!:flowerforyou:

Thanks! I just printed this coupon. We went there last night and picked up 4 bars. My husband had the lemon last night and I liked it, although I only took a tiny bite. I had the white chocolate raspberry for breakfast and it was my favorite! I had order two boxes, chocolate brownie which I don't like but my husband and…

Thanks for all the suggestions! I will try out my gloves again to see if they help. I will also try lotion and removing them. If the gloves don't work, I can try the chalk. I workout at home so nobody to tell me I can't use it but will it make a big mess?

I'm just outside of Charlotte.

We have went through several too and we don't even use it that often...usually only if it's too cold to grill outside or for paninis. We still want to replace our broken one though.
-
Ours quit working earlier this summer. We keep talking about replacing it but keep forgetting. We have a gas grill and a Primo grill so we aren't highly motivated but they are handy when it's raining or cold.

I'm 46, 5'9" and have lost 55 lbs. I started out at 1200 but now I'm eating 1736 and losing about the same as before. I workout 5-6 days a week.

I think you misunderstood, since I wasn't clear. (I'm bad about that). I found a couple of AP routines. I have not played with it yet because I'm working on a final project for one of my summer school classes (how fun...not!) what I was trying to say was that I had previously searched the App Store for an All Pro app but…
-
Thanks! I just downloaded it. I searched for an All Pro app at one point but this app doesn't show up with that search. Thanks again, this looks useful!

I don't know why I didn't think of that!

Thanks! I just ordered 2 boxes from here, chocolate chip cookie dough and brownie. I got $10 off (first order) and free shipping (any purchase over $40). I hope I like them, my Oh Yeah Protein Bars, although low in sugar, taste like a candy bar but they are 190 calories and only 14 g of protein.

I had pf for three years and gained about 70 lbs. that I'm still trying to lose. :grumble: My podiatrist sent me to a running store to get fitted for Brooks with a high arch support. He wrote on his RX pad what he wanted and they gave me a discount for bringing it in. They were well over your budget but worth it.

Oh crud! I took new measurements with no sucking in my tummy and no squeezing my fat with the tape measure...
