Funny posts. Mine is having my front hip bones stick out farther when I'm laying in bed to go to sleep. My bf followed my line of sight and said, "babe, your stomach is getting flatter. Just relax, you'll be seeing your abs soon." I love him. Also, seeing muscle definition slowly come back in my biceps and thighs.

Everything, unless its a taste while I am cooking. Its hard to log that. but anything that requires a drink or bite I log. I usually leave the last bite too.

Good idea Angel87a. Only difference is at my gym we just have treadmills. But I like warming up with a mile jog, then moving to weights.

I don't record my exercise, unless like a previous poster said, I plan to go out or know that I won't have access to the healthiest foods.
