nonfat and plain...that's how i like mine...and they all taste the same to me...pre-sweetened yogurt is creepy to me!

I do this on occasion...it sucks. What works for me is completely abstaining from foods that I know will set me off...usually sugar, and not the fruit kind. When you feel snack-ey, try eating raw carrots, or plain yogurt...those are my go-to foods for in-between meal snacking. It's hard to overdo it on those. Drink a lot…

Made the pumpkin spice bars (the first recipe listed) last night. Really tasty, and super quick to make. My kids even like them. The only snafu I came across was that I didn't notice right away that the temperature was in Celsius, but I figured that out after my oats weren't getting toasted! Thumbs up!
