love them plain, roasted with a bit of olive oil. cut into half moon slices, toss with EVOO, and bake em' at 400 for about 20 minutes. flip em' around a few times while cooking.

Thanks everyone...did a bit of research and I think I'm going to try out the Bowflex ones. They got pretty good reviews. They are not ideal, but they will save space and be enough for me to lift on the days that I can't make it to the gym.

Feel free to add me. I'm a nursing student, but I previously worked as a hair stylist, and I had the same type of eating habits--not getting a real "lunch break" all day, and then getting home and eating whatever was readily available. I know exactly what you are talking about.

I like Muscle and Fitness Hers...it has routines in it that I will actually use. I also get Women's Health, self, and Fitness, but I feel like they are more "beauty/fashion" -type mags.

I definitely agree that lifting gloves are very helpful, but I just use cheapy ones from Target, and they work just fine.

I'm 5'8" and have a large frame/muscular build. Right now I fluctuate between 157 and 161, and I wear size 9/10. I'd like to get down to between 150 and 155, mostly just to lose a little more tummy flab, but after 2 children, I'm not sure that it's in the cards for me w/o surgery.

GAMA...it's a professional iron, so it's a bit on the pricey side, but I've had it for years, and have used it on clients, and myself, and it's still kicking. Good for flattening hair, and curling hair.

That would be me. I've been battling the last 10 lbs for months now. I would just like to get the layer of flab off of my torso, so 10 lbs sounds good. For weeks I've been up and down the same 4 lbs...so annoying. I just reset my goals today, so maybe that will help.

Yes to 1, 2, and 3. 2 is a little bit va-voom, so I would keep that one for date night, etc, but that's just me. I try to keep my ladies in check while I'm hanging with the kids!

I'm a 34DD and I LOVE Champion brand (don't know the model name, sorry). It's underwire, and it's labeled for "high-impact." Works great. I've got three of them, and they're holding up (don't mind the pun) quite nicely. You can purchase them at Sport's authority.

It's different for everyone. How is 30 minutes on the bike working for you? If it's working well for you, keep it up. If you are not seeing the results that you want to see, you may want to step it up and do some higher impact cardio. Add weight training and you'll really see results.
