This is a huge hit in my house. Even my avocado hating hubby loves it. http://www.kevinandamanda.com/recipes/dinner/shrimp-avocado-pasta.html#_a5y_p=1414811

I love trx! Love love love it! I got it set up in home now too. I've seen awesome results with it.

Yes, proper shoes are a must. Get a fitting and find something that fits within your budget. Also running may not be the best for you, at this time. I so badly wanted to run too, but an old back injury and bad knees made it too painful for me. I found weight lifting and hiit much easier on my body and I still reached the…

I guess I just view my "tools" differently. My "tools" are the knowledge that I have about portion sizes, calorie counts, and making smarter decisions. Nobody can take that from me. I can't say I know what restaurants you're going to or what their menus are, but I have never been to a restaurant that couldn't accommodate…

What kind of plan do you have that you can't find anything to eat? Even McDonalds have salads. I think it sounds fantastic that your husband wants to take you out so much! Eat smaller portions, make smart choices, drink water instead of pop, instead of ordering dessert drink a coffee or tea, and maybe, just maybe, let…

Wow! Amazing! Just . . . amazing!

I have similar starting stats to you, op. I started here 29, 275, 5'4. I've been eating over 2000 cals, currently doing 2100, and have lost almost 70 lbs since I started in Jan and over 90 total from my highest weight. Good luck!

I just put my numbers in on this and got basically the same as the other tdee calculators. I do like putting in the bf%, but not everyone knows theirs or they aren't accurate. Very interesting though!

Wait. The Dracula function? How have I not heard of this??

I have cd and have been gf for 7 years. I mostly just eat naturally gf foods, but I will eat gf pasta or bread once in awhile. I eat a lot of veggies, potatoes/sweet potatoes, fruits, rice, nuts/nut butters, and beans.

When I was on bed rest for pre-e I was allowed up to the washroom and to shower once a day. That's it. Right now isn't the time to worry about your weight.

I agree with this. You can buy shapewear and the fit of your dress will help hid some of your problems areas, but most wedding dresses show off your arms and back. I would concentrate on that area the most over the next 6 weeks, while eating at a deficit. You'll lose pounds and looked more toned. Otherwise don't worry…

Outside Fredericton here :)

Never heard of it. I'm following the "eat at a slight calorie deficit and exercise more" diet and I've lost 70 lbs since giving birth (not including the 20 lbs I lost right away). Seems to be working. No need for fancy diets. ETA: My baby just turned 1 on wednesday.

I just signed up for a 5k in Sept, so I'm going to have to do this now. I'm in week 2 of push. After I'm done CLX I'll have to go whole hog in the running lol.
-
I wasn't sure how I'd do either. I really struggled with the 30ds and this seemed so much harder. But I was able to keep on schedule and finish the first month. She's really motivating and I like that it's something different every day. And she always says it doesn't matter what the # is on your weights. All that matters…

Your week sounds awesome! I just finished push week 1. LOVED it! I esp love all the breakdown sets (yes I'm crazy lol). On the 1 leg sumo squat I wasn't sure I was going to make it back up after my 3rd breakdown lol. Can't wait to finish out the month!
-
They seem the same but I have 1 weaker arm so it's hard to tell lol. I've been counting them as 5 all week. They're probably called dumbbells lol.
-
Just finished Push 1. LOVE IT! Now this is my element!
-
Today was my last day of burn. Can't wait to start push! Picking up new weights this weekend.
-
I'm basically a month behind you. I finish up friday (burn it off tomorrow and burn 3 friday). I'm so excited to start push!
-
I think I'm going to try to go heavier than I planned. I just finished my last burn 2 and I felt I could have gone heavier. It's amazing how much stronger I've gotten in just 1 month!
-
Haha I love "she craaazzy today" too. Mostly because when she says it, I'm thinking it!
-
I just finished burn 2, and I love at the end when she's talking about scheduling your workouts. "Don't say you're going to TRY to workout tomorrow. Say you're GOING to work out tomorrow."
-
Thanks for the help! I usually try to do what Laylee is doing, so maybe I'll pop a dvd in this weekend and see what she's using. I feel like I'm def ready to go heavier. I've increased already in burn.
-
I was feeling extra tight today, so after supper I decided to do recharge (I did burn 2 earlier today). I feel amazing! I may have to do that everyday. I feel so much lighter and my movement feels more fluid. It's a great program.
-
That's a good idea. I did burn 1 today and felt like I had more in me so I did ab burner. Let us know if you do!
-
I just finished burn week 1 and I'm really enjoying it! I have the weekend "off" but I'm thinking about putting in recharge today. I'm going to change the week up some though. I think I'm going to do abs 2x a week and do recharge on an off day. I tried doing it after burn it off (like they suggest) but found I was too…
-
I'm going to do the fit test and burn basics tomorrow and plan on starting monday. So excited! I just finished the 30ds and I'm looking forward to NOT seeing JM lol.
-
NO NO NO! There are no quick fixes! Just diet and exercise! As soon as you start washing with shampoo again it will all come back on and even more! Let me guess, you saw this on Dr. Oz?
