I'd love to join you ladies! SW 250 CW 240 GW 199 Goals: -at least 30 minutes of exercise 6 days a week -strength training twice per week -avoid blood pressure medication (doctor is giving me one month to get blood pressure down a few points before meds)

I have at least 10 of her dvds, love them. Especially when I don’t feel like working out I just pop in a 2 mile and at least I got a workout in for the day.
-
It’s been a real eye opener seeing how much I used to eat

I lost 50 lbs a few years ago working out at home. Walking and jogging outdoors and using videos indoors during bad weather. Also strength training with home weight set.

I have a bad oral allergy. Pretty much cannot eat any raw fruits or vegetables, they have to be cooked or canned. Also shelllfish and tree nuts.

I can totally relate to this. Every time I start doing well with my lifestyle change the pain makes me stop and I go back to bad habits. This time around I'm going rest for a few days when in pain and focus on good eating habits. We can do this!

Egg whites, turkey bacon and 1/2 a wheat thinful

Tomorrow is a new day, no need trying to fix it. Like others have said...log it and move on. And be careful, if your body is asking you to stop then you need to stop! Don't want to do permanent damage. Good luck tomorrow!

I have never had a doctor NOT tell me to lose weight. Never offended though, my response was/is always "yeah I know...". This includes my primary doc, ob, neurologist and even my eye doctor lol

Rice, potatoes, bread, and CHOCOLATE

My story is similar to yours. I lost 50 lbs and gained it back plus more, same age, height and similar weight (I'm 247 lbs). I have a Fitbit but I recently purchased a Polar because I wanted a chest strap. I hope to lose it and keep it off this time. Welcome back and good luck!

I'm in! Current weight 247, New Year's goal 222.

I have PCOS too. I was able to lose 50 lbs a few years ago but boy was it a lot of work. I was doing cardio 3 hours a day (twice per day for 1-1/2 each) and strength training 3 days per week. I don't have the time nor the motivation to do it like that again so I really have to watch what I eat this time by reducing carbs…

Feel free to add me!

Hi Janet! I was joking since CC will probably have to deal with 4 daughter in laws. I was saying I already don't like DS's wife, in the future. OK so I'm not a comedian but I didn't think it was that bad lol. How was everyone's weekend?

I haven't actually used this site yet but I did cancel my Weight Watchers Online account 2 days ago. I've been battling weight since I was 10, I don't know life without the battle. What would I do with myself?
