hey, i would say read posts on her to get you going. there are so many insperational people with great stories to be told. i spend a lot of time reading and learning from theses post and they have kept me going for a whole week now. i'm very proud lol

im new to this and i can see you're way under eating, i would suggest doing some research and you will see that u can eat way more than you think u can. your gonna do more harm than good eating this amount.

i had saw a big difference after doing the first month of turbo fire, unfortuatly i have a new hip issue which limits my jumping around ;( and couldnt finish it, i do still dabble in it now and again its just soo much and such a good workout. stick at it and push yourself through every workout and you will se results for…

beachbody- turbo fire, workouts range from 15 mins(high intensity) to 60 mins, and everything in between, they are a lot of fun and a good workout if you push yourself.

i would also like some guidlines on this, im pretty sure tho, people are gonna tell you tell get one of those wee watches that count calories for you for accurate results, from what ive seen one will set you back 50 bucks + bex

turbofire, is awsome for cardio, workouts range frrom 15 mins(high intesity) to 60 mins. they are good fun aswell.
