So I was on here last year for a good 5 months lost 20lbs felt awesome then the holidays hit stress and I just gave up.. I need to lose close to 80lbs Need some motivation. Sounds dumb I should already have it when I look in the mirror but some times the stress gets the best of me! Does anyone have an ideas for good motivation??

what keeps me going is how great I feel. I will never go back to my old lifestyle. this is who I am now. someone who eats right, and goes to the gym, runs half marathons, etc. make it who you are. diets don't work. period. it has to be a lifestyle change, then there's nothing to 'fall off of'0

117lbs!! wow that's awesome! Your 100% right Never thought of it like that! its hard w/ family and friends who like to push the bad food haha but I will just have to learn to say no. Thanks0

hey, i would say read posts on her to get you going. there are so many insperational people with great stories to be told. i spend a lot of time reading and learning from theses post and they have kept me going for a whole week now. i'm very proud lol0

so true! don't let yourself even think about quitting. make this transformation like your second job. that's what i had to do. you just wake up one morning and you say to yourself, "I WILL do this!" And then you get to doing0 -
If this is something you really want, you wont let yourself give up. Thats what it all comes down to. You may have slips or days that you binge, but if this is really what you want and what you feel like you need to do, you cant allow yourself to stop.
