  • I'm a tea drinker too ... no sugar or cream. I don't count it as water, but I'm not worrying about getting so much water either, since I'm pretty sure I'm getting enough fluids by the end of the day!
  • Reese's peanut butter easter eggs..... LOVE them! Thank God they are only available 3months of the year!
  • I have two - our oldest daughter Cameryn will turn 4 next week, and our youngest daughter Cailyn is 1 1/2 years old.... every day is an adventure!
  • I'm 1200 also, and I *think* my food journal is open to those on my FL? Add me if you'd like!
  • Hi! I'm Nicole! I'm about a 45-50 minutes south of Buffalo! Feel free to add me, and good luck to you all!

  • I'm in the same boat - working mom and always busy, busy, busy! I hard boil a dozen eggs every Sunday and they work great for an on the go or quick breakfast. I have to pack breakfast/lunch for my kiddos (3 &1) two days a week in addition to my own lunch every day. So it works for the kids, me, and even the hubs steals…
  • Wow! What great suggestions on here! I'm going to have to look for this Red Bush tea and try that in the evening - maybe it will be even more relaxing with out the caffeine! Thanks!
  • I just had this same discuss with some co-workers, because MFP gave me 20 sugars a day, and I hadn't been watching that. I added it to my journal yesterday and was amazed at how often I am double in my sugars - mostly from things like my greek yogurt, or (a bad choice) of white bread. It interested me how much sugar is in…
  • Good luck to you! Two kids is so much more work than one was, I am the first one up and the last one to bed everyday and barely find time to think much less work out. But somehow, someway I'm going to figure it out! I'd be happy to share ideas and support if you need a friend! Good luck to you!!
  • I always leave the tea bag in, and I'm a big fan of the flavenoids/antioxidants and virtual zero calories in tea also... and I don't use any milk/cream or sugar, so maybe it's not as a bad a habit as I thought... I gave up *diet* pop about a year ago to ditch all the aspartme, and I think that's when I started drinking…
  • Hi all! 36 year old Mom of 2 girls (ages 1 and 3). I'm in NY not the UK - but I have the same problem with the kid's snacks calling my name, haha! Good luck to you all!
  • That's a good idea... I'm in Western New York, so it's out of season for outdoors right now, and there closest YMCA is about 40 minutes away, but I think the school in our town opens their pool to the community, I'll have to look into their schedule! I've been debating getting a balance board for home, to continue some of…
