When this happens to me, I tend to drink black coffee or plain tea. The warmth helps me feel full. Exercising and chewing gum helps some people, too. If you're truly hungry, don't' deprive yourself. Eat something healthy like an apple or some veggies. If I'm hungry and I don't eat, I tend to snack/over eat on unhealthy…

I know it seems impossible. It is 100% possible. I know from experience. I've lost 153 lbs, all by myself. No surgery, no personal trainer, no dietician. It literally started from walking around a block, to walking on a treadmill, then running. Now I'm onto other things. It really is just one step at a time. You can do…

I order all this stuff on jlist.com Mostly just the Matcha/Green Tea and Matcha Latte Kit Kats. Delicious.

That is what I've been aiming for, but only with 20% ish.

By using the Harris-Benedict formula, it takes your activity level into consideration already. So I don't worry about the "netting" that happens with logging exercise on here. Well, I'm not good at explaining it, so I'll link to someone who actually is good at it. http://funeralformyfat.tumblr.com/eatingenough EDIT: Sorry,…

I eat above my BMR. Although, I also exercise a lot. Here are the numbers I have calculated for myself using the Harris-Benedict formula. @141 lbs, 5'7" and 21 years BMR- 1484 Moderately Active Maintain: 2300 Lose: 1800 Very Active Maintain: 2522 Lose: 2022 I want to lose about 6-11 more pounds. I've lost around 10-15 lbs…

Yes! I had to have mine removed after I lost around 115 lbs. My Gallbladder had many small stones, no blockage of the bile duct though. (Thank goodness. ) I was around 18 when it was removed. The attacks were horrible, the surgery went well and the problem was fixed. I was back to working out in about 2 weeks.

My jaw dropped at the picture comparison. I hope you are proud! :) You are doing wonderfully.

I've been thinking about the option of getting a tummy tuck to remove my loose skin. I'm not really sure if I will. I'm going to try everything in my power before making any decisions. That includes losing more weight (slowly), toning and firming and possibly gaining muscle mass.

I wish I looked that amazing! I've never had a stomach that nice, and I'm only 21! Congratulations, you've earned it!
-
You are an amazing inspiration! Keep it up! :)

I personally needed mine to be removed through laparoscopic surgery. It wasn't bad at all. In fact, it was NOTHING compared to the actual attacks I had been going through for months. I had many small stones. I was about 19. I had a great diet, I had already lost the majority of the weight. My doctors believe my gallstones…

I like lean and toned as well as a little "meat on the bones." Actually, I find the ones smack dab in the middle most attractive. So they can cuddle like a teddy bear but are still strong! Haha! I tend not to think of professional body builders as attractive.
-
Truly inspiring! :) Keep it up. Congrats on the benefits of your hard work!

I started my journey in September of '09 at 295 lbs at the age of 18. I bought a treadmill with all the money I saved from my first job. I started walking and never looked back. Walking turned into running, and I added a few things since then. (Insanity, racing two charity mud run 5ks, weight lifting here and there, etc.)…

That brought a smile to my face. That is utterly fantastic!

It's a pain in the buns sometimes, although, it's worth it. For fresh foods that aren't packaged, it's the only way to know exactly what you ate. (Unlike pre-portioned packages that do it all for you.)

I've lost about 143 lbs in about 3.5 years. (So far!) I started when I was 18, I'm now 21. It's a slow but steady (most of the time) process. I didn't realize that. I was impatient. I cut my calories too low, lost weight a little too fast. Now I have some loose skin. Take it from me, it's better just to lose the weight at…

Also: Protein powder is a great SUPPLEMENT, although whole foods will always be a better choice. :)

After my Insanity workouts I love to make a shake with: 1 frozen banana (acts as a carb source as well as a replacement for ice cubes) Muscle Tech - 100% Premium Whey Protein Plus - Deluxe Chocolate, 1 scoop (32.7g) 1 Cup Light Soy Milk (or Light Vanilla Soy Milk) 1 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter It has helped reduce my…

OMG THIS. I can't believe someone else had to taste this crap! I seriously gagged when I tried it!

Everyone seems to be doing such a lovely job. <3 Keep it up, everyone! As for myself, I haven't had a NSV today, as of yet! Well, unless you count sore muscles as a NSV!

Either Nachos...or Chocolate fondue. I'd dip strawberries and bananas in it. *Drools*
-
That is absolutely amazing! Congrats, girl! :)

Mine is usually between 3-5 lbs. I avoid the scale around that time and focus mainly on hydration and continuing to exercise. The exercise helps boost your mood as well as burn calories! :)
-
I basically use what ever I can afford. I've tried EAS (the old formula) and Muscle Tech (100% Premium Whey Protein Plus - Deluxe Chocolate.) I am basically limited to the protein powder I can find at Sam's Club.
-
Hi there! I just started also! I'm going to be doing day 23 today. (Wow, it's going by fast!) :) I really enjoy the challenge. I've lost about 4 inches total from various parts of my body. I hope to see more! Good luck everyone!
