  • I think it does not matter when you get your mile in as long as you do it. Today was a 3 mile day. I use a fitbit to measure my mileage.

  • I tend to not log my calories on vacation and I do eat pretty much what I want but I still watch my portion size I split my desert.   • I eat pizza regularly it is not a "bad" food and somehow going to magically make you fat. 2 pieces of Papa Johns cheese pizza is a little over 500 cal. I rarely eat more than 2 pieces. So eat it and be happy. Life is not about derivation but moderation!

  • I have drank skim milk for almost 40 years so it is my preferred drink. My daughter has milk issues so she is almond milk all the way. As for Raw Milk, it can be contaminated with tuberculosis and many children died prior to pasteurization. I do not claim to know if it is still an issue in raw milk only know the history.
